6 years agoI moved into a Pigliavento community in December 2017. Since then, I have been waiting for several issues to be resolved inside, as well as landscaping problems around my condo to be fixed. Multiple calls and emails to the builder and the management company have resulted in a waiting game. Amazingly the builder has ONE person doing repairs for several building sites. I've never experienced such poor customer service-it seems once they have your money they are invisible and aren't concerned with follow up. Moral of the story is to do one's homework before choosing a builder. -

8 years agoPiglioventi builders do not do quality work or warranty there work. They hire unskilled labor. They take advantage of people. They really should be shut down. Imagine, you buy a new home and things start falling apart shortly after. Your hard earned money gone. Please do yourself a favor and go with someone else.
