2 years agoI don't think I've ever left a negative review before, but after spending a large amount of money, the owner came to do the install himself in a bad mood and was rude and unprofessional in my home today. I politely asked him to wear booties or take off shoes (after getting the counter inside) which seemed to set him off further. I tried to smooth things over but no matter how polite I tried to be he got increasingly agitated. He threatened to leave without installing the counter if I spoke to him and said under his breath "if I break it you're paying for it". His two employees held their heads down and looked embarrassed. I don't love to speak badly of businesses but after how he behaved in my home I would not do business with them again. -
