4 months agoThese guys are phenomenal!!!! I had a boiler issue that 3 other outfits could not repair, but as soon as Kenny arrived he had such a positive attitude and was able to get me up and running with some new parts over the course of two visits. Everyone I dealt with at Rotterdam Heating, from Kenny the tech to the young ladies in the office, were pleasant, friendly and most of all very patient with me and my phone calls and dumb questions. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs HVAC services. You're making a mistake if they are not your first call. -

4 months agoIf I could give zero stars I would. Rotterdam Heating and Cooling sent a repair person out and charged me $257 for the service call. They said I needed a new pressure switch after of course saying I should think about getting a new furnace. After a couple of days of not hearing back from them I called them and they said they needed to order the pressure switch but it would be in the next day and they would put it in the next day. The part would be $150 and I'd have to pay an overtime rate for them to put it in. Not sure why I would have to pay an overtime rate. That day came and went and I never heard from them again. After 6 days of no heat I called another Heating company. They came out and fixed it the same day. Only charged me $50 for the part that was supposedly $150. -

6 months agoRotterdam Heatings service is nothing short of fantastic. They have been so reliable and they have done great work for me. Jamey is incredibly knowledgeable and can do anything. He is courteous and always gets right back to me. I am so grateful o have found someone I can trust. -
