2 months agoWe recently purchased a home with a huge pine in the front yard and massive Norway Maple in the back yard. These trees were causing roof, gutter, and siding damage to both of our neighbors' homes, as well as to our home. Our insurance company would not insure us without these trees being addressed. After reviewing several companies, we selected Flower City Tree. Without a doubt, we were extremely impressed with quality of work and professionalism provided by Nick, Andrew, Chris, and the entire team. For almost 2 days they worked in very tight quarters to carefully remove both trees, grind the stumps, and remove all debris. They all treated our property as if it were there own, and were a fun crew too! We would highly recommend them to anyone with large trees to remove in the Rochester area. -

I had several quotes from various companies, I went with Flower City Tree because John was thorough and knowledgeable. They even obliged and left some for firewood. Flower City Tree quoted a fair price, were professional, worked with us on a few different tweaks to our estimate, and was able to complete a fairly large job in a single day. They were respectful of property and did a great job controlling limbs as they pruned and cut trees. Every employee interaction was polite. They had an efficient removal process using a wood chipper for smaller branches and left the larger trunk/limbs by the road in a neat pile, which they picked up a few days later. We opted not to stump grind, due to the tree's location, but feel confident they would have done an excellent job with that process, along with reseeding if we went that route. Thanks again and we will be sure to give you a call in the future when the need arises.
