4 weeks agoI wish I could give this company zero stars. After paying for a brand-new pool build, I have been left with nothing but headaches and defective equipment. The spa has never worked properly, and despite multiple attempts to get them to fix it, the system remains broken. It's clear they sold me faulty components and have no interest in making it right now that they've been paid. Communication has been terrible, and the "finished product" is essentially an expensive eyesore. Save your money and your sanity-go with any other builder. This company does not stand behind its work or its products. -

4 weeks agoI am extremely disappointed with the service and quality provided. I had a pool and hot tub installed only six months ago, and I am already dealing with major functional issues. Currently, only three of my hot tub jets are working. While the company did send someone out to attempt a repair, the problem remains completely unresolved. It is unacceptable to spend this kind of money on a new installation only to have it fail within the first year and then receive ineffective 'fixes.' I expected much better support and craftsmanship for a project of this scale. I would not recommend this company until they prove they can actually stand behind their work and properly repair their installations. And the worst thing is they came inside my house without any approval while my little kids are home. -
