Being burned before by a horrifying building experience, we were very reluctant to trust another company to build our future home. After meeting Eric and his team, all our worries, concerns, and fears were put to rest. Charter bay home became like family to us. Each and every detail was constructed and followed through as if it was not ours but their home they were building. Eric is a top notch artisan who loves his art of designing and building luxury custom homes. He is integral, honest, trustworthy , and extremely caring. He gave our family the home of our dreams. Each and every vision was brought to life in the most tasteful and aesthetically pleasing way. Even when we hit blocks in the road in the process, Eric and his team gave us a piece of mind ensuring us that everything would turn out great. I cant say enough good things about Charter Bay Home builders and Eric. Even after being in our home for 5 years and surviving 3 horrific hurricanes, our home was built so solid and strong. I can not thank Eric enough for his integrity , trustworthiness , and willingness to always help regardless of the situation. Each step of the custom building process was handled with excellence. Every building project has its own unique challenges; Eric handled every issue with calmness, diligence, integrity and precision. We have worked with other contractors in the past who skimped when they could , this was not the case this time. Charter Bay Home Builders was easy to work with, organized and provided a quality built home. A few years ago, he built a large custom home for me on Davis Islands-and I can say without hesitation that I would recommend him in a heartbeat. From the very beginning, Eric went above and beyond. Not only did he help me find and purchase the perfect lot (he's also a licensed real estate broker), but he personally guided me through every step of the design and construction process. We worked closely together for over two years, and I think I probably spoke with him almost every single day - nights and weekend included. That level of dedication is rare. By the end of the project, Eric wasn't just my builder-he'd become a friend. I still call him now and then just to catch up. As someone who runs a busy software company, I appreciated having someone like Eric who could handle the details, solve problems before they became issues, and always keep the project moving forward. His work ethic is unmatched, and his commitment to quality is evident in every corner of the home he built. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about the home you're building-and about you as a client-look no further.
