2 months agoOn a Sunday I contacted OnTop on its website. I did not expect to hear from them until Monday. I received a text from them within an hour on Sunday. I texted pictures of two trees that needed to be removed. I did a lot of Google research as to range of cost. OnTop put its best foot forward on the price quote for each quote. I love service providers who do that-it builds credibility right out of the gate. I had a third tree that was so close to my house and so massive that OnTop thought it would be better to put eyes on it at my house. They should up first thing Monday morning. The quote was perfect. A day and time was scheduled with the caveat that they may be able to show up a little earlier on the day scheduled. They showed up an hour early. Three person crew including one of the principles of the company. The work was perfect. The clean-up was spotless. They also needed to be careful not to damage my neighbors property with respect to the massive tree. My neighbor was thrilled with the care that they took and the cleanup of his property. I don't like to publicly associate my name with a review but not reluctant to do so for this company. -
