10 years agoTotal Improvements, is a total rip off. They started a job, collected full payment and never came back to finish leaving a hole in the ground by the house. Secondly not only was the work not finish they are taking advantage of an elderly man who doesnt speak english very well. After several calls and even threats of getting an attourney they still didnt show several times as promised. THEIVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
