1 month agoI'm in Round Rock and I called apex for a couple missing shingles. They came out the next day, made sure my roof was good, fixed the shingles and the best part is they gave me photos after the work was done so I know the work was actually performed. Very reasonable. When I'm ready to replace my roof, I'll be calling them! -

1 month agoCall for repair estimate of broken roof tile. Mike arrived and immediately wanted to sell maintenance on the roof. I said I only wanted the broken tile repaired. I have the replacements. He said let me get my ladder, which was on his truck. I waited for a while for him to return to back of my house. I walked up front to find he had left. No word. Nothing. Update in response to Apex statement He was granted access to the roof to examine the broken tile, hence his statement, let me get my ladder. There are 3 separate roof areas. He only needed access to the one area with the broken tile. He wanted to search for additional work, which I denied. Maybe in the future, tell prospective repair clients you intend to search the entire property no matter the the scope of the request. This should eliminate wasting everyone's time. -

1 month agoWe ran into issues with the insurance company when we submitted our hail claim and Zach Espinoza came through and saved the day providing all the details needed where the adjuster failed us. He and his crew did an outstanding job and we've got a quality roof now! -

2 months agoI called for a repair inspection and estimate and Tristen was there in that same week. Not only was he knowledgeable and super friendly but he was honest. I had several roofing companies tell me I needed a replacement but Tristen repaired it for years to come. I love APEX and recommend them to anyone who needs roof repairs or replacements. I will definitely call them when it's time to replace my roof
