6 years agoJoe Pero and his carpenter Wayne do really top quality work at reasonable prices. The big part of the project was removing a support beam from our lanai to open up the view of our newly renovated pool and deck. He also installed a new wood ceiling in the lanai that has drawn complements from everyone who have seen it. -

6 years agoExtraordinary good. He can look at something and know what is wrong with it. Very knowledgeable. He installed a waterproof walkout sundeck. He was the only person I could find to do this type of work. He also waterproofed a second floor balcony that was leaking and causing water damage.
