4 months agoOur experience with Pro 1 Windows and Doors was extremely positive from the first call to completion of the window install. Rhonda was very easy to work with and once engaged, not only managed her team, but when I was not able to be onsite, she managed another contractor that was doing work that impacted getting the windows installed properly and on time. Her attention to detail is amazing and would recommend her and the Pro 1 team without hesitation, Rich, the install lead, also jumped in to make sure everything was done right. He made sure that both his team and the other contractor's team did the work correctly, timely, cleanly and left the site better than when they arrived. I would absolutely use Pro 1 Windows and Doors again should the occasion arise. -

5 months agoRhonda and the rest of the team are amazing!! We had already had a different company install windows on the back of our house. Big mistake. Rhonda got us windows of higher build quality for less money for the rest of our home. The installers were detail oriented, polite and cleanly. I honestly. Could not have asked for anything more! Definitely recommend. -

5 months agoIf you're on the fence about window replacement, stop overthinking it and call Pro 1. You won't regret it. Highly recommend! Rhonda and her team absolutely nailed it! They were super responsive, excellent communication, and patient with all of our questions (we had a lot!) When choosing a company to work with, we look at a few key things: responsiveness, quality (materials & company) and price. They checked all 3 boxes and continued to surpass expectations through out the process. No "act now or the price doubles" nonsense - just honest, straightforward pricing for quality work! Not only do the new windows improve the look of our home, they also made a significant difference in exterior noise levels and our electric bill (nearly $200 cheaper this August). Make the right choice and call Pro 1! -

5 months agoWow, I can't say enough good things about Pro 1 Windows and Doors. Rhonda is great to deal with - nice, responsive, and on top of things. I replaced two very large, 55-year-old bay windows with new, Pella insulated windows. I had priced a few companies. Pro 1 was remarkably less expensive than Anderson and Marvin for similar high-quality windows. Based on the low price, I was a little worried that something would go wrong but took a chance because Pro 1 had so many high reviews on Yelp. Happily, everything went perfectly. The installers came when they were supposed to, protected surrounding areas, worked carefully, and cleaned everything up when they were done. I don't write a lot of reviews, because I tend to only write them when I have a five-star experience or when someone has really ticked me off. Most businesses fall somewhere in the middle. Pro 1 was very much five stars.
