  Trident replaced the roofing on our house about two years ago after we received severe hail damage. At that time we had a great deal of difficulty with our insurance company because they had established the needed materials incorrectly. Trident did a lot of extra work with the insurance company to get all the issues resolved so we could get paid the correct amount of money for the work performed. They did a good job of replacing the roof and we didn't experience any problems at the time . Two years later after more hail and high winds we did experience a leak. We called Trident and they responded quickly to resolve the problem. We have been impressed with their work and continued support. We would definitely use Trident again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good general contractor.

  This is my first review yet third time using Paul Willi and his competent crews do remodel our house in stages. The first was converting our garage into an In-Law suite for my aging parents to live out their remaining years for less than the cost of one year in a nursing home! And they received much better care and love! The second project was a total renovation of the kitchen, tearing down a wall and closing in a small doorway for better flow and an open concept, then finally finishing the main living areas with a wood look tile to match the in-law suite. The house was so dark and closed before. Now light streams in from all sides. The third project was finishing the rest of the house with the same wood look tile. In the process of tearing out the old flooring we found the 40 year old walk-in shower had be leaking. I had been wanting to update it so it was the right time to tear it out too. Even though that was an unexpected add-on, the work was completed without a delay. Paul is very present on his projects, very personable, well organized, pays attention to details, offers ideas and has very respectable and talented crewmen to carry out the work with fine attention to detail. I'm so happy and love my home!

  Trident did my roof twelve years ago. They came back to help with guttering and to put in leaf guards. I just had Paul Willi out to check for possible hail damage. Fortunately I dodged a bullet but Paul was so courteous and helpful. I totally recommend this company.

  Paul Willi provided thorough, timely services. He replaced our garage door header beam and gave us the most reasonable pricing. All the paperwork was easy to follow and straight to the point professional. He is a very straightforward person to work with and his crew were also very polite and professional. The repair was done quick, and Paul met with us every step of the way to explain the process. Everything was cleaned up after the job was complete. Payments were split into 3 and payments were due upon completion of each phase, which made things easier. Overall, I feel comfortable and confident in hiring Trident in the future for other remodeling work around the house.

  I contacted Trident General Contracting after finding them online to get a quote for converting my garage into a room, as well as building a new bathroom in the garage. They were one of four contractors I reached out to, wanting to shop around, and they were by far the most professional and responsive, as well as being very competitively priced. Paul Willi came out and took some measurements. He spent a lot of time asking questions, ensuring he understood exactly what I wanted, so we had a shared vision of what the final outcome would look like. He was professional and on time throughout the process. When we ran into delays due to needing to do some additional concrete cutting to get the plumbing right, it was fine because he had built some buffer time into the schedule. The forcing function was that my wife was going to be out of town for a set amount of time. Paul worked hard to make sure we got everything done in time for her return. Not only did Paul and his crew pull off a beautiful home remodeling job, they did it in time for it to be a surprise for my spouse. Payment for the job was broken into three parts based on completion milestones. At every step of the job, there were clear expectations for how long things would take, and where we might have delays (tile being ordered, that sort of thing). In several cases Paul really went the extra mile to make sure we stayed on schedule. The new bathroom is truly one of the highlights of the house, and looks like something out of a magazine. The garage door conversion into a wall was done so seamlessly it looks like it was part of the original house build. My wife and I are very, very happy with the outcome of this job. From the initial meeting to the final cleanup, Trident General Contracting made sure every step of the job was done correctly, just the way I wanted it. Perhaps even better than what I wanted, since Paul was always ready to make suggestions based on his years of experience, and he's full of great ideas. If you're looking for some home improvements, add-ons, or remodeling, you can't go wrong with Trident!
