  My husband and I hired DFW Improved to replace our kitchen and breakfast room hardwood floor with tile. DFW Improved has an efficient process from inception to completion. We met with Sales Consultant, Heath O'Bier, Designer, Krista Pace, and Sales Manager, Zander James. All the team members were professional, knowledgeable in construction, and did an exceptional job. Heath sent an estimate within a few days of meeting with my husband, and once we made the decision to hire DFW Improved, Heath coordinated all efforts with our insurance company. Krista presented us with multiple tile choices that looked wonderful in our home. We appreciated her design expertise. Heath and Zander met with us to go over all the details prior to the first phase of construction. Zander was our point of contact once construction began. He communicated with us daily, was always professional, he responded to our telephone calls and texts on a timely basis and, if a problem occurred, he worked with us to find the best solution to solve the problem. He went above and beyond to ensure the work was done correctly. After the project was completed, we met with Heath and Zander for a final walk-through. We love our new flooring and are very happy we chose DFW Improved. I highly recommend DFW Improved, Heath, Zander and Krista for your home renovation needs.   Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish! We recently completed a major renovation in our home to create an ensuite, adding a full bathroom to an existing bedroom, and choosing DFW Improved was hands-down the best decision we could have made. From the very beginning, their team stood out. Out of four bids, DFW Improved delivered the most creative and cost-effective proposal, without compromising quality or vision. The entire process was seamless, professional, and honestly enjoyable. A huge shout-out to the incredible team: * Gabi Sperry (Project Designer) - truly amazing. Her creativity and thoughtful design solutions brought the space to life. * Kevin Montgomery (Project Manager) - extremely efficient, communicative, and on top of every detail. * Bobby (Plumber) - skilled, professional, and dependable. * Tiffany (Interior Designer) - her design input elevated the entire project. * And the carpenters, tile installers, and painters-absolute craftsmen. Their attention to detail was outstanding. From start to finish, the entire project took only two months, which exceeded our expectations. The level of craftsmanship and the final result went beyond anything we could have envisioned. The space is not only beautiful but feels perfectly integrated into our home. If you're considering a renovation and want a team that is professional, creative, efficient, and truly cares about the end result, we cannot recommend DFW Improved highly enough.   I wish I could give them a good review, but they ghosted me. I need new floor due to an insurance claim, and I was hoping to use somebody that could do more than floors because we need to have baseboards removed and replaced and painted and we had some other projects we might want to do also. Heath O'Bier came out and spoke with us. I thought he was really nice. I had high hopes. He said he would send us a form to sign for insurance, but he did not do that. I texted him and I emailed him and he never replied. However, I did get a form from somebody at DFW Improved's office, but this was not the form that we had discussed with Heath. I replied to her and told her what we were expecting, and she did not reply. I don't know why I was ghosted, but if the job was too small or there was some other concern, I wish he would've just said so. Like I said, I actually had high hopes because I wanted a general contractor. I really liked him, but unfortunately, at this point, even if we did hear back I don't think we can count on them.

  DFW did a complete remodel to our guest bath. The entire staff was profesional and very engaged throughout the entire process. Cabinet was exactly like we wanted. Tile was laid out beautifully and they made sure to maintain cleanliness. Bathroom looks amazing! Master bath is next.

  Every aspect of the work done by DFW Improved, from beginning to end, was exeptional. Zander was absolutely wonderfule to work with. He was patient, responsive and worked to ensure our satisfaction with all aspects of the work performed. Heath was great to work with on the sales side and review of the finished project. All members of the crews were personable and diligent, seeking to do everything they could to complete excellent work. Overall, this was a wonderful experience.
