4 years agoMy husband worked for this company for a little over 3 months and was treated lower then the dirt he was pushing. The lead man or 'company' has these guys working 12 hour shifts, 7 days a week with absolutely no exceptions. How is this possible? He had to beg for a day off to attend our sons birthday party and almost lost his job because of it! Just disappointing..... my husband may not be the best person but he has a heart and is a hard worker. Sendero it's a shame that you do not value employees or offer any kind of equal work / life balance. Unfortunately some of these guys don't have a choice and desperately need their job but you should be ashamed to abuse that. I say life is too short to be treated that way and my husband deserves better. And for the people that use this companies services... just know that there is a lot of pain and tears going into your project. The pain from husbands and wives that marriages might be strained because daddy is never home and mom is left with the burden. All the tears from their children wondering why they never see or spend time with their dads because he's a slave to the job. Kids don't understand but I'm sure you do. -

FAQ
Does Sendero Industries offer free estimates for general contracting projects?
We provide free estimates after an initial site visit to assess your project scope, including site prep and full builds. Pricing is determined by factors like materials, labor hours, equipment needs, and site conditions specific to Houston-area jobs. This approach ensures you receive an accurate quote tailored to turning your ideas into solid structures.
Are you licensed and insured for construction work?
Sendero Industries carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation to cover our hands-on crews during site prep, earthmoving, and pipe installation projects. These policies protect against property damage and on-site injuries, meeting standard requirements for general contractors. We maintain our office as the hub for documentation, available for your review upon request.
Does Sendero Industries handle site preparation and earthmoving tasks?
We manage site preparation from clearing land to earthmoving with heavy equipment, as seen in our Houston projects near highways. Our crews also inspect and install large corrugated pipes for drainage and utilities. This full scope allows us to coordinate every phase without needing multiple subcontractors for basic groundwork.
What should I expect for project timelines and scheduling with you?
We develop timelines based on project size, starting with site prep and extending through full builds, factoring in weather and permit approvals common in Houston. Crews arrive within agreed windows, with our office handling planning and updates to keep things on track. Expect regular check-ins to adjust for any site-specific delays like soil conditions.
How does Sendero Industries handle cleanup and debris removal after jobs?
We remove waste and debris generated from site prep, earthmoving, and pipe work using dump trucks to haul materials off-site daily. Job sites are left clean and safe, with final sweeps before handover. This practice minimizes disruption in your neighborhood and complies with local disposal rules.
Why is hiring you safer and better than attempting a DIY construction project?
Our hands-on crews use proper safety gear and heavy equipment for tasks like shoveling inside large pipes or operating machinery, reducing risks of injury or structural errors common in DIY efforts. We follow coordinated planning from our office to avoid costly mistakes, such as improper site grading that leads to drainage issues. Professionals ensure compliance with building codes, providing lasting results without the hazards of untrained work.
