9 years agoThe owner did some work on my deck, providing me with a written guarantee on his work but it unresponsive to fulfilling the guarantee. The non-treated boards he used are warping and he used nails instead of deck screws. The work looked nice at first, but is not holding up a few months after. I've texted, left voicemail, sent email, and private messages via Facebook and LinkedIn with no response which is why I am resorting to a public review in hopes of getting a response.
