Our exterior project outdoor kitchen and transformation was one of those projects where we had a general sense of what we just didn't like and what we would have liked had the prior owners used common sense. Lakshmi and her team listened to what we couldn't quite articulate and synthesized it into a plan that captured exactly what we wanted. Execution on the plan was flawlesss, and every little and big change that we made along the way was handled with ease and without taking advantage on cost - something that is unfortunately atypical of many contractors. The project dramatically enhanced the aesthetics, functionality, and ability to use our property - we went from the ability to effectively utilize 50% of our outside space to the ability to utilize 75-80% of our space (the challenge was that our home is built on top of solid limestone, and that creates its own challenges). Kudos to Lakshmi, Kristen, Dianne, and all who form a part of Lakshmi's stellar team. -

3 months agoFrom the beginning my husband, Tim and I were impressed with Lakshmi's knowledge and building background. As a daughter of a perfectionist home builder, I have high expectations and Lakshmi and her contractors delivered and then some. She recommended an excellent architect, Diane Kett, for our extensive outdoor living space/kitchen remodel. She was excellent and created three plan options. We were so impressed with our outdoor area that we expanded our remodel to our driveway, two outdoor stairs, and a sidewalk. I can't recommend Lakshmi enough. I've been through SO many remodels in my life, and this is by far the best, and less stressful of them all. Bonus is Lakshmi's sunny disposition and can do attitude. She was extremely responsive and truly cares about her clients. -

She'll never leave you in the dark.. She consistently provides updates and responds to questions in a timely manner. She has high standards. Her team is talented and trustworthy....the quality of some of the work actually exceeded my expectations! We look forward to entertaining in our beautiful new Kitchen! We recently completed a 700-square-foot addition on our home in South Austin, and the entire process with Lakshmi and her team was incredibly smooth. They did a great job managing the project.This included securing reliable and talented subcontractors, successfully navigating the often-difficult permitting and inspection process, and maintaining an incredibly detail-oriented build. They also did all of this while successfully staying on budget. Meeting all these needs is a monumental task in today's market. Lakshmi followed our architectural drawings precisely and collaborated closely with both us and our architect to find prompt solutions whenever questions arose. Both Lakshmi and Kristen maintained fantastic communication throughout the entire process, always providing timely updates and being readily available for any questions we had. The result was a wonderful, move-in-ready space we are extremely happy with! -
