2 months agoI am very satisfied with their service. In fact I feel proud that the whole experience went well. My husband always took care of his trees, but covid19 took his life 2 years ago. In December, shortly after talking with my daughter about the trees, I got a text message from Austin Tree Specialists and I said well is this God's answered to our prayer or do I delete it. I send them the requested information and that is how the story started. We acceped their quote because of an excellent experience with the man that came to do the quote, the reviews were good and their quote was within my budget. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They trimmed seven trees and cleared branches out of power lines, away from the roof and made all of the trees so a person can walk or ride a mower under them. 2 months agoThe first time they came to prune my trees. I didn't notice the difference after they came, so I thought they never went out to my property. I called the receptionist multiple times over a period of two weeks, but she was not able to get hold of Marcus (the owner) to provide me a schedule. After two weeks of continuous calling, Marcus finally told me that the work has been done. He charged me more than 800 dollars (even with discount), but ironically I couldn't notice the difference of their pruning/trimming service. I requested them to schedule another time to prune my trees. They act promptly and it was scheduled to be the next day. In the end I am feeling better, but the experience working with them is not pleasing. Their management is just terrible. They are not responsive by any means and they over-charge for the work they have done. Don't be deceived by the high review score of this company on Google Review. This company has changed its owner from Patrick to Marcus. Most of the good reviews are from the previous owner's time. -
