3 years agoThey had no ropes to climb the tree only a ladder. They did not have the proper equipment but had purchased a small chain saw for the job. They let the limbs over the house fall onto the roof which had just been replaced. Something must have fallen on one of my garden decorations because it was broken. This is the second disappointing job through Angi. I will not use the service again. -

FAQ
Does Good Hands Tree Service offer free estimates for tree removal and trimming?
We provide free on-site estimates to assess your tree removal, stump grinding, trimming, or full tree care needs accurately. Pricing depends on factors like tree size, location, accessibility, and any risks such as proximity to structures or power lines. Contact us to schedule a visit and get a detailed quote tailored to your Dallas property.
Are you licensed and insured for tree services?
Good Hands Tree Service carries full licensing and insurance to protect your property and our workers during every job. Our professional crew arrives equipped with chainsaws, wood chippers, ladders, and cabling systems for safe tree care. Homeowners can request proof of coverage before we start work to ensure peace of mind.
Does Good Hands Tree Service handle storm damage removal and tree cabling?
We manage storm-damaged tree removal, including large fallen trees on houses, as well as cabling for structural support on weakened trunks. Our services also cover stump removal, trimming overgrown branches, and land clearing like root extraction from trenches. These tasks require specialized equipment and techniques to prevent further property damage.
What is your typical arrival window and scheduling process?
We respond quickly to calls and show up on time for scheduled appointments, bringing all necessary tools like chainsaws and wood chippers. Timeline varies by job complexity and season, but we aim to start work soon after approval, often within days for urgent storm damage. Clear communication ensures you know exactly when our crew will arrive at your Dallas property.
Does Good Hands Tree Service clean up after tree removal and trimming jobs?
We pick up all debris, limbs, and chips, leaving your property cleaner than we found it with thorough cleanup. Our wood chipper processes branches on-site, and we haul away stumps and waste to keep your landscape clear. Respect for your home means we protect surfaces and ensure no damage occurs during the process.
Why is hiring you safer than doing tree trimming or removal myself?
Professional tree work involves risks like falling limbs hitting roofs or power lines, which require proper equipment such as ropes, ladders, and chainsaws that homeowners typically lack. Our trained crew uses safe methods, like sectional removal for trees near structures, to avoid property damage and injuries. DIY attempts often lead to improper cuts that harm tree health or cause accidents, while we follow industry standards for efficient, secure results.
