2 years agoWe hired premier home services to finish our basement and also add a bathroom upstairs. Mike and his crew were professional, timely and delivered with utmost quality and care. When finished our basement had a beautiful bar, kids play area, theater area, bedroom and bathroom. We were so impressed and happy with the outcome he is the only person we call when we need something to get done. I highly recommend - you will not regret it. -

4 years agoBadly. Sheet rock poorly done can see tape lines and screws showing. Flooring damaged and improperly installed. Over 26 nails popping up on pre-finished wood flooring, the finish damaged from painters tape left on too long. Used nails to finish flooring which are showing. New Anderson windows used wrong color and type of caulking and cut the material too short on bottom of windows and tried to compensate with wads of caulking and made a complete mess. Mike the owner promised to correct all errors and replace flooring. He said he spoke to Flooring place and had ordered replacements. Once a month had gone by I checked with flooring place they had no record of him contacting or ordering any flooring. I sent Mike emails and he said he was done with me. Buyer Beware he's the most dishonest and incompetent contractor I've ever had the misfortune to hire. -

4 years agoDisappointing! Mike Kulik and his team are inept, sloppy, Dishonest, disrespectful, unreliable and unprofessional. Pre finished wood flooring finish damaged after tape removed, 30+ nails exposed & boards splintering. New sheet rock has screws and tape lines visible and paint looks pock marked and different shades after attempting to fix it and using hair dryer to dry. 6 new 400 series windows improperly caulked and with wrong color. Mike promised to fix issues. Mike never ordered the replacement flooring as I learned. When I emailed him to check status he gave me a hard time, then said he's done with me. I've had to hire people to correct issues and incurred additional expenses plus our time. Buyer beware.
